Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
